Participatory Development Association and Territorial Partnerships is an independent NGO (Non-governmental organization) established as a private legal person with non - property purpose, organized according to Law no. 246/2005 in February 2011 and it has as founding members five persons with extensive experience in non - governmental field.

The purpose of Participatory Development Association and Territorial Partnerships

TheParticipatory Development Association and Territorial Partnerships has as its purpose the promotion and development of educational and social programs
and projects, the cultural promotion,theimplementation of programs for youth and adults, training programs, vocational training, civic engagement programs, environmental protection programs, health programs,health education programs,social protection and personal development programs, European integration programs, the protection of ethnic and cultural minorities, the compliance of human rights and democracy

In order to achieve the stated purpose the Association proposes the accomplishment of the following objectives:
The development of projects,programs and actions, establishing partnerships and / or protocols with the responsible authorities for youth policy, education, research, environment, justice, culture and interculturalism, European integration, health, social protection, family protection, child protection, partnerships with NGOs in Romania and in other countries, with the purpose of encouraging intercultural exchange between citizens.
Acts in order to protect, respect and promote fundamental human rights, democracy, civil, political and social rights among citizens through prevention activities, assistance, training, research and advocacy.
The stimulation of youth initiatives, the mitigation of the impact of risk factors that lead to marginalization and social exclusion of young, providing guidance for vocational orientation of young people, youth involvement in the decisional act by supporting civic and social engagement.
Increasing the spirit of initiative, responsibility , solidarity and entrepreneurship
and encouraging the development of initiatives in urban and rural areas.
The development of international cultural, economic and professional relations, human rights, animal rights, consumer rights, minority rights of any kind.
Participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of specific community development programs


To achieve its objectives, the Association proposes the following activities:
The implementation of social policy, the development of partnerships and cooperation with national and international institutions,public or private associations specialized in the documentation, research, implementation and financing of social programs
The development of informational and educational actions on European values, environmental protection, combating discrimination and domestic violence,improving quality of life, health education, encourage sports and tourism.
Provides assistance and counseling to institutionalized persons and people with disabilities.
Participates in the development of some information and health education programs,medical advice, family planning, assuring through the programs the control on sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), drug, alcohol and tobacco consumption and on other vices and immoral attitude of human society.
The association will perform tasks of documentation, research and dissemination of information.
Offering advice for guidance and professional integration in order to optimize the relationship between supply and demand on the labor market.
Support citizen participation in the development of society by increasing self-confidence and personal development.
Training of trainers in the field of non-formal education, development of volunteer and moral and ethical activism sides at any level
Community development, information and involvement of the community in the activities of the association.
Developing and supporting projects and programs for training leaders in all fields of activities.
Providing consultancy for public and private institutions.
Initiate and support with priority of some public non-political debates at local and national level, meant to support a unified and coherent vision in all areas in terms of ethics and morality.
The organization and execution of specific programs for training and specialization of young people through material and logistical support in partnership with other nonprofit organizations, national and international government institutions.
The association will meet, as necessary, specialists from various social, cultural, ethnic and national fields from home and abroad.Can engage employees and collaborators through Board decisions.
The association may receive assistance, material and logistical support for training, organization and to ensure citizens' participation in specific action areas such as: education, media, law, economics, health, culture, history, human rights, etc.
The association can develop its own economic activities for self-financing.
The association will carry out any other activities in accordance with Romanian law, with the objectives of the Association approved by the Board of the Association.
